Programme Overview

The PhD Programme in Management is an advanced four-year international programme designed to train future researchers in one of five key fields of management: Business Processes, Logistics & Information Systems, Organisation, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy. The first year is mainly devoted to course work and the writing of a dissertation proposal, whereas the remainder of the Programme is almost fully dedicated to the dissertation research.

Currently about 90 students from more than 15 countires are enrolled in the PhD programme. Together with the students from the MPhil in Business Research they form the student population in the five fields of research of the ERIM Graduate Programme. Jointly they create an energetic and stimulating work environment of young students with diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
